Leadership at The National Development Council had inherited many legacy branding components and a collection of web sites and technologies. UP created a new identity that leveraged the equity of the decade old logo by maintaining the key graphic element. UP developed guidelines for the implementation of the new identity across all business communication tools. A system was established for on-going updates and creation of materials with NDC’s print vendors.

Web Experience

Consistency of execution of all communication tools was critical as materials would be utilized by all levels of the organization across the country. Fully developed Powerpoint template and print communication templates ensured a cohesive audience experience, regardless if communication was to take place in the board room or in a coffee shop.

Web Experience

The new site was a complete change in approach. The volume of content was paired back, and much more consideration was given to the broader message the site delivered. This broader message was supported by case study development and national impact maps. The new site structure created a more intuitive user experience that allowed users to simply access content. In development it was critical to establish the parent brand while allowing enough flexibility to accommodate existing sub-brands relating to products and services. Also to allow new products to be rolled into the site.
