Web Experience
The new site was a complete change in approach. The volume of content was paired back, and much more consideration was given to the broader message the site delivered. This broader message was supported by case study development and national impact maps. The new site structure created a more intuitive user experience that allowed users to simply access content. In development it was critical to establish the parent brand while allowing enough flexibility to accommodate existing sub-brands relating to products and services. Also to allow new products to be rolled into the site.
